Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full lifecycle execution of instructional design initiatives, including SBL rollout and e-learning implementation
- Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers to ensure quality deliverables and project deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze training needs and develop performance-based learning solutions
- Oversee development of multimedia learning materials using authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Integrate learning management systems (LMS) to deliver scalable training programs
- Conduct learning impact assessments and optimize programs using analytics
- Manage instructional design budgets and resource allocation efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of instructional design experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in SBL methodologies and e-learning development tools
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex learning initiatives
- Experience with LMS administration and learning analytics platforms
- Certifications in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
