Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth
- Oversee daily IT operations including infrastructure, security, and service desk functions
- Plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with department heads to align technology solutions with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience with proven leadership track record
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
- Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of budget planning and resource allocation
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
