Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
- Assess organizational training needs through gap analysis and stakeholder consultations
- Manage L&D team performance, coaching, and professional development
- Develop and control training budgets while optimizing resource allocation
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to address skill development requirements
- Stay current with industry trends in learning methodologies and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development management
- Proven track record in designing and executing training programs
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Expertise in needs assessment and program evaluation
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
