Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement innovative learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of learning specialists, providing guidance on instructional design and delivery methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for learning initiatives, including needs analysis, content development, and evaluation
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., VR/AR, microlearning) into learning ecosystems
- Develop and maintain learning analytics frameworks to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Establish strategic partnerships with external vendors and industry experts to enhance learning offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile) and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools)
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex learning initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience developing technology-focused training programs for security or high-compliance industries
- Certifications in instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD) or learning technologies highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging learning content
