Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in the textile sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs and revenue targets.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize ROI for campaigns.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align product launches with customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, distributors, and potential clients.
- Oversee digital presence, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance company visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a managerial marketing role, ideally within the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, textile product life cycles, and B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and projects.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking software.
- Highly adaptable, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
