Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all finance, accounting, and tax operations for FMCG manufacturing activities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Manage financial controls and risk mitigation systems
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams on cost optimization
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance capabilities and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years in finance/accounting with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven experience in FMCG or manufacturing sector
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems
