Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end operational administration for AI-driven projects within the I&I unit.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between clinical departments, IT infrastructure teams, and external technology partners.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking to ensure the successful delivery of AI milestones.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the deployment and maintenance of AI tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the clinical and operational effectiveness of AI initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare management reports, and present progress updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data governance, privacy regulations, and organizational quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of AI project lifecycles and digital transformation in a clinical environment is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or Asana).
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
