Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service
- Develop data-driven initiatives to increase conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and tech teams to align operational goals with business objectives
- Analyze sales metrics, customer behavior data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Implement process improvements and technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and service excellence
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and brand standards across all digital touchpoints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce management experience with proven sales growth track record
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or local equivalents)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and data-driven decision making
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams in digital commerce environments
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce market dynamics and consumer behavior
