We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager Operational for Padel Court to oversee the daily functions of our club in Jagakarsa. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere for our members.

As the Operations Manager, you will lead a diverse team, manage facility maintenance, and implement operational strategies that drive member satisfaction. You will also play a key role in curating community events and managing customer experience to ensure our club remains the premier destination for padel enthusiasts in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the padel club, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure all facilities, courts, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a premium service experience for all members.
  • Plan, organize, and execute community events, tournaments, and social activities to engage members.
  • Monitor inventory levels of sports gear and club supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and safety.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in management or operations within the hospitality, sports, or recreational industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of customer service principles and experience in managing customer experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by club operations.
  • Knowledge of padel tennis or sports management is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
