Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of Phie's Salon to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise the salon staff to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
- Manage inventory levels of products and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Monitor and control operational costs and develop strategies to optimize the salon's budget.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure the salon environment remains clean, hygienic, and visually appealing at all times.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the retail or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and inventory control systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Relevant high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or management is a plus.
