Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
  • Manage complex office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation across the department.
  • Prepare and review high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless business operations and service delivery.
  • Oversee general office administration, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and tracking administrative budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management or executive administration, preferably within the financial services or fund management sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malay preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and office management software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
