You'll manage inventory phasing, redating strategies, and resource allocation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory turnover. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end order book fulfillment operations including allocation, phasing, and inventory redating
- Optimize stock availability to meet daily business requirements while minimizing excess inventory
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to synchronize inventory and order management
- Analyze fulfillment KPIs and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Develop strategies for inventory redistribution to address demand fluctuations and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for inventory management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance supply chain visibility and collaboration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain operations with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of inventory management principles and order fulfillment systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and metrics
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software
- Experience in retail or manufacturing environment with high-volume order processing
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
