Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of client contracts and service orders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Order Management Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies and optimize operational workflows.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team productivity and order processing cycle times.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Handle complex client escalations, providing effective solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts for senior management to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, operations, or a similar function.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational accuracy and process compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the security services or facilities management industry is an advantage.
