Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of institutional strategic plans and performance management frameworks.
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for senior management, driving continuous service improvement.
- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure organizational goals and KPIs are effectively communicated and achieved.
- Manage end-to-end organizational planning projects, from conceptualization to execution and reporting.
- Evaluate existing work processes to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and overall operational productivity.
- Develop and maintain internal performance dashboards to track real-time progress against strategic objectives.
- Support institutional quality assurance initiatives and accreditation standards through rigorous performance monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact projects in a healthcare or complex public sector environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex organizational challenges under pressure.
- A deep understanding of public healthcare policies and operational frameworks in Singapore is highly advantageous.
