Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of Organisational Development strategies specifically tailored to support TGCH’s transition from a building phase to operational opening.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts across the organization.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and engagement surveys to identify development needs, culture gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs and workshops to build capacity among emerging and existing leaders.
- Partner with HR business partners to align talent management strategies with the broader business objectives of the NUHS ecosystem.
- Advocate for a high-performance culture by promoting values-based leadership and fostering a supportive employee engagement environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in Organisational Development, HR, or Change Management, ideally within the healthcare or large-scale project environment.
- Proven track record of leading organizational design, culture transformation, or strategic change projects.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership coaching, and facilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP/CP, ACIPD) are an asset.
- Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment during a major organizational transition.
