Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate outlet teams to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with hygiene standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
- Monitor financial performance through cost control, waste reduction, and expense management
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and local outreach initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans for team members
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or retail management with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in staff training and performance management methodologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
