Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all paper production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all production staff
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop the production team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Analyze production data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in paper production management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards
- Proven track record in achieving production targets, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience in developing and mentoring staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
