- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain compliance with local statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to analyze payroll data and generate insights.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to reconcile payroll-related accounts.
- Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, recommending process improvements.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management review.
- Ensure data integrity within payroll systems and maintain confidential employee information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory payroll regulations.
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar HRIS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate effectively.
