- Develop, implement, and oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance programs for all facility systems, prioritizing air conditioning units
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of work orders
- Monitor system performance and analyze maintenance data to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of spare parts and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance reports and performance metrics
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management with 3+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in Planned Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems
- Certification in facility maintenance or energy management preferred
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing maintenance teams and vendor relationships
- Proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
