Sejati Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager PPIC to oversee our manufacturing operations for custom paper packaging. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Production Planning and Inventory Control, ensuring that production schedules are optimized and inventory levels are maintained efficiently.
As the PPIC Manager, you will act as the central hub between sales, procurement, and production teams. Your expertise will drive the factory’s administrative flow, ensuring accurate data reporting, cost control, and seamless coordination of raw materials. We are seeking a professional who can implement process improvements and lead a team to meet high-volume production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) function, ensuring alignment between production capacity and market demand.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and material plans for custom paper packaging manufacturing.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stock-outs and minimize waste.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Procurement, and Production teams to resolve bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
- Oversee factory administration tasks, including reporting, documentation, and budget management for manufacturing resources.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPIC or production planning roles within the manufacturing industry, specifically in packaging or paper goods.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proven track record in managing supply chain logistics and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of PPIC and administrative staff.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex production reports.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
