Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production planning schedules aligned with market demand
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce waste and prevent stockouts
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
- Manage PPIC team performance and development
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
- Prepare monthly reports on production KPIs and inventory metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in production planning and inventory control
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and JIT inventory principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in telecommunications or manufacturing industry preferred
