Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production planning and inventory control (PPIC) processes
- Manage workshop operations including resource allocation and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery targets
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance departments
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead and mentor workshop staff to enhance team performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as PPIC Manager in workshop environments
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage inventory control systems
- Experience with budgeting and resource planning
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English
