We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years in PPIC management within the workshop environment to drive our operational excellence.
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling production processes to ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. You will oversee workshop operations, manage inventory levels, optimize production schedules, and coordinate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement production planning and inventory control systems to optimize workflow
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise and mentor workshop staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance departments
- Prepare production reports and present findings to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as PPIC Manager in a workshop environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and workshop management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in production planning software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a manufacturing company in East Kalimantan is preferred
