This critical role requires strategic coordination with Project Managers, Engineering teams, Estimators, and cross-functional divisions to ensure optimal material quantity, quality, and specification alignment. You'll oversee end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strict compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, and Estimators to align procurement specifications with project requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and operational supplies
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and negotiate contracts/terms
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize logistics to ensure timely material availability
- Analyze market trends and implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure procurement compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional procurement teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or heavy industry
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Proficiency in procurement software (ERP/SAP) and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with cross-cultural team experience
- Certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or supply chain management preferred
