Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Lead end-to-end procurement transitions and change management initiatives across departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for procurement processes, controls, and resource allocation
- Optimize supplier relationships and contract management to maximize value and mitigate risks
- Oversee procurement budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with clinical and operational needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial/supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in developing governance frameworks and compliance programs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making
- Certifications in CIPS, CPSM, or related procurement qualifications highly advantageous
- Experience in healthcare or public sector procurement environments
- Exceptional leadership skills with track record of process improvement implementation
