Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end quality control processes across manufacturing and logistics operations
- Develop and implement quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Lead quality assurance teams through coaching, training, and performance management
- Conduct internal audits and supplier evaluations to ensure compliance
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and logistics teams for seamless quality integration
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and customer-specific requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing/logistics
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent quality management credentials
- Proven experience leading cross-functional quality teams
- Advanced knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D, Root Cause Analysis)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing quality management systems in industrial environments
