We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager, Quality Assurance to join GES Manufacturing Services. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and execution of comprehensive quality assurance activities, ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest industry standards and client expectations. You will drive enhancement programs and oversee the Customer Quality Assurance area, playing a pivotal role in minimizing defects and maximizing customer satisfaction.
As a Manager, you will lead a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with production and engineering departments to identify quality gaps, implement corrective actions, and optimize production workflows. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s reputation for delivering superior quality products to our global clientele.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department, ensuring all operations comply with internal quality policies and customer specifications.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and enhancement programs to drive product quality and operational efficiency.
- Monitor quality metrics, trends, and data to identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Manage customer quality complaints and non-conformance reports, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into production planning and execution.
- Mentor and develop QA staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and technical proficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and automotive standards (IATF 16949) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma methodologies, and root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
