Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO compliance.
- Conduct regular internal audits and quality inspections to identify process gaps and product defects.
- Develop and execute corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage supplier quality control (SQC) and monitor vendor performance to ensure material quality.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and data analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Female, with a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in Quality Management or QMR roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Japanese corporate culture and management systems.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and statistical process control (SPC) methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development and process improvement.
