Tanggung Jawab
- Lead development and maintenance of institution-specific recovery plans (RRPs) aligned with OJK and BIS requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional crisis management initiatives across Macquarie's global operations
- Design and execute stress-testing frameworks for financial distress scenarios
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including BRRD, TLAC, and FSB standards
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and regulatory bodies
- Mentor RRP team members and drive continuous improvement of crisis response protocols
- Liaise with external auditors and regulators during resolution planning reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in financial risk management with 3+ years in leadership role
- Deep expertise in banking regulations (Basel III, BRRD, OJK directives)
- Proven experience designing recovery/resolution frameworks for financial institutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex financial scenarios
- Exceptional stakeholder management and regulatory reporting experience
- Professional certifications (FRM, PRM, or CFA) highly advantageous
