National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager, Research Office to oversee critical financial operations and lead a diverse team. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of research grants, including budgeting, approval workflows, and fund disbursement.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of administrative and finance staff to ensure high performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and manage financial data with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Process payments to vendors and manage accounts payable/receivable related to research projects.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and monitor annual operating budgets.
- Resolve complex financial queries and provide strategic advice to the research community.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a research, academic, or corporate finance setting.
- Strong working knowledge of grants management systems and financial software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
