Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Manage the store’s budget, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize loss/shrinkage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with regional management to execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for all employees.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficient in retail management software and POS systems.
- Passion for fashion, customer service excellence, and brand representation.
