- Identify, engage, and onboard premium retail tenants through targeted market analysis and networking
- Conduct lease negotiations ensuring favorable terms aligned with market benchmarks and business objectives
- Monitor competitor activities, consumer trends, and retail innovations to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to enhance tenant mix and mall experience
- Manage existing tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure lease compliance
- Prepare detailed performance reports and market analysis for senior stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of retail leasing experience with proven track record in mall environments
- Expertise in lease negotiations, financial modeling, and market trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to build tenant relationships
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Proficiency in real estate software and data analysis tools
- Relevant certifications in real estate or property management (preferred)
