Malaysia Aviation Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Rewards to lead our Total Rewards function. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits (C&B) programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent in the aviation industry. You will work closely with senior leadership to align reward strategies with business objectives and ensure competitiveness in the Malaysian market.

As the Manager of Rewards, you will oversee the full lifecycle of reward management, including salary structures, variable pay, executive benefits, and performance management systems. You will act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing expert guidance on reward policies and market intelligence. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about employee engagement and has a keen eye for data analysis to drive decision-making.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and job grading systems.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement reward policies that support the company’s strategic goals and employee value proposition.
  • Manage the performance management cycle, including incentive schemes and bonus calculations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and tax regulations regarding remuneration.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR Operations, or Total Rewards.
  • Relevant HR qualifications such as CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP, or similar professional certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
