- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand industry partnerships and funding opportunities
- Lead marketing campaigns to promote academic programs, research initiatives, and industry collaborations

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic positioning

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in business development and marketing with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships in technology/education sectors
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in higher education or research institutions highly desirable
