Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee APEL centre operations, ensuring compliance with national quality standards and institutional policies
- Develop and implement assessment methodologies for evaluating prior experiential learning across diverse professional backgrounds
- Lead engagement initiatives with adult learners, working professionals, and corporate partners to promote APEL pathways
- Manage a team of assessors and support staff, providing mentorship and maintaining high service quality standards
- Establish strategic partnerships with industries to align APEL programs with workforce development needs
- Monitor and analyze APEL program effectiveness, preparing regular reports for institutional leadership
- Stay current with evolving national APEL frameworks, accreditation requirements, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in adult education, accreditation, or workforce development with 2+ years in leadership
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) APEL framework and implementation protocols
- Proven track record in managing educational programs or assessment centers
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex processes to diverse audiences
- Experience developing training materials and conducting professional development workshops
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proficiency in learning management systems and data analysis tools
