Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other rewards
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes and systems
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and develop the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data accuracy and security
- Prepare payroll reports and provide insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or Payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, CPF regulations, and income tax laws
- Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll matters to non-HR personnel
