We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager or Senior Manager to lead our Allied Health Services & Pharmacy (AHS&P) division. In this pivotal role, you will support the Director in steering the strategic direction of allied health and pharmacy operations. You will be instrumental in driving policy development, enhancing clinical analytics, and spearheading care transformation initiatives that directly improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will manage the operational excellence of various allied health disciplines, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. You will act as a key liaison between clinical staff, administration, and management, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes innovation and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Allied Health Services and Pharmacy functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital standards.
- Analyze operational data and clinical metrics to drive continuous improvement and care transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director and senior management to define service delivery models that enhance patient experience.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting for allied health departments to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of allied health professionals, fostering professional growth and development.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless integration of services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a relevant Allied Health discipline (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Radiography).
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management or Business Administration is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant working experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, quality management systems (QMS), and healthcare accreditation standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems.
