Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ARES research initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal controls
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations for multi-currency transactions
- Drive process optimization and digital transformation in financial workflows
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching and mentorship
- Collaborate with research divisions on financial strategy and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA/Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years in financial management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in SFRS and Singapore regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience in shared services or multinational finance environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing finance teams in R&D or technology sectors
