- Lead the strategic planning and operational management of clinical services to align with hospital objectives.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance patient flow and service efficiency.
- Manage resource allocation, including staffing and budgeting, to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with department heads and clinical teams to resolve operational challenges and foster cross-functional teamwork.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in hospital operations, clinical service planning, or healthcare management.
- Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
