Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and growth
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering professional development
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial alignment with operational plans
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize financial outcomes
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and reporting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a non-profit or environmental organization is a plus
