Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and accounting operations for a portfolio of hospitality assets across various jurisdictions.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Oversee tax compliance, statutory filings, and audit activities for international entities.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the business growth strategy.
- Analyze variances, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
- Implement and improve internal control frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to streamline financial workflows.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA qualification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to hospitality or multi-jurisdictional entities.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting, consolidations, and regional tax matters.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
