- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles for business units
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner with department heads to drive financial initiatives and operational improvements
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Optimize financial processes through automation and data analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CMA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years of FP&A experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in data center/tech industry highly desirable
