Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the Group Leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and long-term vision.
- Organizational Development: Spearhead initiatives to improve organizational structure, efficiency, and agility, ensuring the company remains competitive in the market.
- Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by resolving conflicts, promoting employee engagement, and implementing wellness programs.
- Training & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support career progression.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and maintain updated HR policies and procedures.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives during periods of growth or restructuring to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience within the agriculture, agribusiness, or manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable HR plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing HR teams or business units.
