Are you an experienced real estate professional with a passion for maximizing asset value? IOI Properties Singapore is seeking a high-performing Manager/Senior Manager, Leasing to join our dynamic team in the heart of the Downtown Core.
In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for driving optimal asset occupancy and ensuring our property portfolio consistently meets and exceeds financial targets. You will be the primary architect of leasing strategies, fostering key tenant relationships, and navigating the competitive commercial and retail real estate landscape of Singapore to deliver sustainable growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Identify and engage potential high-quality tenants to ensure a strong and diverse tenant mix.
- Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and expansion opportunities to maximize portfolio value.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge in pricing and strategy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key agents, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts, leasing reports, and variance analysis for management reviews.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to enhance asset positioning and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in commercial or retail leasing, preferably within the Singapore market.
- Proven track record in managing high-value lease negotiations and portfolio growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting tenant relationships.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and leasing legal frameworks.
