  • Provide expert career coaching and guidance to junior professionals to enhance employee retention and job satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end operational workflows for the Centre, ensuring high-quality delivery of career resources and support.
  • Analyze retention metrics and feedback data to continuously refine career guidance interventions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across NUHS.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, talent development, or student career services, preferably in a healthcare or educational environment.
  • Proven track record in program management and driving strategic talent initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and workforce trends.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, complex institutional environment.
  • Proficiency in digital tools for talent management and event coordination.
