- Develop and execute comprehensive career guidance strategies tailored to the needs of early-career healthcare staff.
- Design, implement, and evaluate developmental programs that facilitate professional transitions and career advancement.
- Build strong partnerships with clinical departments to identify talent development needs and competency gaps.
- Provide expert career coaching and guidance to junior professionals to enhance employee retention and job satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows for the Centre, ensuring high-quality delivery of career resources and support.
- Analyze retention metrics and feedback data to continuously refine career guidance interventions.
- Lead cross-functional projects to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across NUHS.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, talent development, or student career services, preferably in a healthcare or educational environment.
- Proven track record in program management and driving strategic talent initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and workforce trends.
- Resilient, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, complex institutional environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools for talent management and event coordination.
