Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare education programs across SingHealth institutions
- Lead a team of educational professionals in program development and delivery
- Collaborate with clinical departments to identify educational needs and develop targeted solutions
- Oversee budget management and resource allocation for educational initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs using key performance indicators
- Foster partnerships with local and international healthcare education institutions
- Stay current with trends in healthcare education and implement best practices
- Report on program outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare education or administration
- Proven track record in program development and management in healthcare settings
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards and requirements
- Project management experience with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working within Singapore's healthcare system is highly advantageous
