Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on market trends and industry requirements in Advanced Packaging (e.g., 2.5D/3D packaging, heterogeneous integration).
- Translate R&D capabilities into highly effective technical marketing collateral and commercial value propositions.
- Formulate and pitch strategic business cases to influence multi-million-dollar R&D investment roadmaps.
- Engage and build strategic alliances with international semiconductor MNCs, design houses, and local ecosystems.
- Drive consortium memberships and joint-industry projects, matching A*STAR capabilities with corporate innovation needs.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to senior leadership to guide strategic R&D direction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD degree in Engineering (Microelectronics, Electrical/Electronics, Materials Science) or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in the semiconductor sector, specifically in Advanced Packaging, wafer-level packaging, or IC design.
- Proven experience in technical marketing, business development, product management, or technology transfer.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to bridge deep-tech concepts with commercial market drivers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, capable of influencing high-level executives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a highly collaborative, cross-functional R&D environment.
