Join ITRAMAS as a Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor and lead commercial excellence in solar energy projects. This pivotal role requires you to oversee the entire lifecycle of solar EPC projects, ensuring optimal cost management, contractual compliance, and financial profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead commercial, contractual, and cost management throughout the full lifecycle of solar EPC projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for solar installations
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders
- Monitor project expenditures, analyze cost variances, and implement cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Manage subcontractor relationships and commercial aspects of tender processes
- Prepare cost reports, valuations, and final accounts for project closure
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while optimizing project profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quantity surveying with solar EPC projects
- Proven expertise in commercial management, contract administration, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction industry regulations
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS) and BIM tools
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) or equivalent industry qualification
- Excellent negotiation skills and analytical abilities for complex commercial matters
- Experience managing subcontractor relationships and procurement processes
