Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of pre-contract and post-contract cost management duties.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare accurate project estimates, cost plans, and tender documents.
- Manage sub-contractor procurement, evaluation, and contract administration.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims, variations, and final accounts to ensure project profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify works on-site against contract requirements.
- Mentor junior quantity surveyors and lead project commercial team meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JCT, FIDIC).
- Professional registration with recognized bodies (e.g., RISM, BQSM) is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and complex cost reports.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
