Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement ECERDC's strategic planning framework aligned with regional economic goals
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis to inform strategic decisions and support development initiatives
- Lead stakeholder engagement with government agencies, private sector, and community representatives
- Monitor economic indicators and trends to assess regional development progress
- Oversee execution of strategic projects ensuring alignment with regional priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across ECERDC departments and external partners
- Prepare strategic reports and economic briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning, policy analysis, or economic development
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership building
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex economic data
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in government or development sectors
- Knowledge of Malaysian economic landscape and regional development frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present strategic vision to diverse audiences
